I've used prezi and
found that it is a great website to
create presentations. You can add videos from YouTube, images, or make
presentations private or public. There are also tutorial sections to navigatel.
Prezi is almost like Microsoft Powerpoint where you can personalize the fonts,
colo,r or to format your presentations. Prezi also has zoom in and zoom out
buttons and with a click you can zoom right in on it. What interests me about
this website is that there are options for me to edit and present offline. Prezi for
Windows/Mac allows
me to download my presentations so that I could present offline.
Weebly for Education is a great website builder
for creating classroom websites, student e-portfolios, and websites for
assigned projects. I can set up free accounts for up to 40 students. There are
tutorials or step-by-step instructions for new users. What interests me in choosing this website is the drag & drop website
editor that is simple to use with students of all ages. Students can create variety
of multimedia features.
Through exploring
the TeacherTube website it interest me to find many teaching resources. It is a video sharing
website. I found that there are free accessible resources and all the videos
are educational. When navigating this site, there are videos available for all
subjects and lesson plans to teach a subject I choose. I like that it is
free for all users.
